I think the brisket and turkey breast are very good and I like bbq

First time customer at the Dickeys in Brighton Colorado. Clean restaurant. My guest and myself each ordered the two meat plate. The Mac and cheese is very good. The side of baked beans is perhaps the best beans ever. The sausage was very good. The Brisket however was very poor. It was dry, overcooked and sliced way to thick. I would recommend that they take the same portion and slice it into three slices instead of two. The ice cream at the end of the meal was a excellent way to end the meal. Would like to see a hotlink sausage on the menu, a true hotlink, not just a spicy hotlink. Give me a reason to move up to 5 stars by fixing the Brisket problem.

Ribs were great!!! Mac and cheese is the best I’ve ever tasted! Very fast service! The place is super clean and the staff very courteous!

Went there with my family and had amazing service from the night shift. I likely recommend Dickey’s Barbecue Pit. Amazing staff very nice. Very very clean restaurant. I love it!!!❤️❤️❤️

Stopped in after driving by it for a few years. Wife said there was a new owner, so we gave it a shot. Good fast barbecue. Wife had a pulled pork sandwich which she enjoyed. Her complaint was the sandwich had too much meat........ So I got to eat it. Win win. I had the jalapeno cheddar sausage and beef and cheese taco. Both were very good. Met the owner and chatted with him. Over all a great experience.

The docking of one star is for the lack of beer. But that would not deter us from returning.
