McDonald's

So so. Often get order correct. Imagine that. But good often cold and they almost always bag your food to eat in the restaurant.

As a person who's gluten-free I can't eat any of the main meals here, however the deserts are very good. It isn't the healthiest food , but it is still good. The people are really nice. The building is well-kept and clean as far as I can tell. The service is usually fast, but when they are busy, especially during lunch time, it can be a little slow.

This morning, I ordered a #7 with coffee and brought in my own coffee mug. With McD's, it's 50/50 whether I can use my own mug or not.

At this McDonald's, they allowed me to use my own mug. The cashier inside asked if I wanted my coffee in my mug and if I wanted hot sauce for my burritos. Perfect! I love when people ask questions to clarify!!

I asked if I could leave my mug at the counter so I could run to the restroom and the cashier said of course. When I came out, she was standing guard over my order to ensure no one took my mug. That is fabulous customer service!!

Also, the restroom was clean, the water from the sink was warm to wash your hands unlike the frigid water at other establishments, and they have a hand dryer instead of paper towels, which is a great step towards being more eco friendly.

The manager here was simply amazing. I only stopped in to warm up on during a long, cold motorcycle ride and gave me a large coffe, burger and fries on the house! It was very unexpected but welcomed. Thank you guys very very much
