Being the very first Santiago's you would think this flagship location would be on point... unfortunately this is not the case. The first time we walked into the new building we were greeted with "oh your here to dine in, well go stand over their". While standing over "their" I discovered, all on my own, that we were supposed to put our name down on a waiting list. However this was not so that when a table opened up someone would come get the next person in line. This was next thing we discovered... when a table opened up you are supposed to rush over and claim it as yours before somebody else does. As awkward as that was, at least the food was great, the Indian tacos are amazing! Get the food but definitely to-go.

We love the food and are happy they finally built a bigger restaurant, but I am not happy that with this new building, they do not offer a changing station in the bathroom for babies to be changed on. I visited yesterday and had to change my newborn on the floor of the Co-Ed bathroom. That is absolutely unacceptable! This is a family restaurant and should be fully equipped with all the necessary needs to accommodate all families dining. Be cause of this, I will not be back as this new building is not able to accommodate my children. It is unfair that I had to get on the floor and put my young baby on the floor where people stand and pee. It is the first and the last time of me dining in. No one should ever have to feel they don't have a place to change their child.

Relocating from Golden to Brighton, we thought we would have the same better than expected food and service we received in Golden only to find this location fell short on its menu flavor and service. During our first visit, we ordered our same favorite menu items from before but found that the taste and flavors were not up par as its Golden location. Figuring it could have been our taste buds being off, but after 4 other visits and trying different meals, it was defiantly the flavors. To boot, the customer service is just service....meaning - Take your order, deliver your food, deliver the check. I guess we're are just used to the friendly banter of the good old days.
