South Philly Cheese Steaks

If you want a taste of Philly then this is the perfect place. I am sure the entire menu is good but this Philly girl loves her cheese steak and fries. I am glad the owners brought the Southside taste to Colorado.

The cheesesteaks are yummy but they sure don't know how the sizes of their hoagies. We ordered and got charged for large but they actually gave us medium sandwiches. I have yet to see how we can straighten this out.

The owner is amazing though. She was out talking to us and really trying to create a great experience. Very family centered atmosphere at that point.
Sub par food though. A cheese steak should be able to stand on it's own with flavor, but these seemed to lack any flavor at all. Added salt and pepper, but then it just tasted like salt and pepper. The pepper and onions did not carry any flavor over either. The meals for our table came out in multiple stages as well, which was weird. We just got portions of each order at the table over about a 10 minute period until we finally all had all of our food.
