Friendly staff, clean establishment, server was attentive without being too much in our faces. Food was served in a timely manner, steak was cooked perfectly. My only issue was a lack of flavor/seasoning and no filtered water. Will still probably go back if/when I'm able, a lot of stuff on the menu I wanted to try.
Best choice for a late night eat after going out for the evening. Went here last night after going to Grizzly Rose. Service is always great, food is also great, never had any complaints. Lat night I had the ultimate nachos, was pretty good. Definitely recommend this place.
Great service. Came in with a large group and they did an amazing job. Brings back the old malt shops feel from the 50's type of vibe. The food is exactly what you would expect from a great old school dinner.
The staff was really pleasant from the initial greeting through the meal. They were also attentive in keeping our coffee filled and checked back to be sure we were satisfied with our orders. The place is clean and has a neat vibe. The food was solid diner breakfast at a fair price. I will definitely return.
We go to Great Scott's at least once a week. We love the food. Love the atmosphere. And when we get the right servers, love the service. Not so much recently on the service and especially not yesterday. Got a new server who needs more training.
We are very specific when we make our orders. I just want Country Crock and not butter. On gluten-free toast. The toast came buttered. I am lactose intolerant and really wanted country crock...
My husband wanted three eggs instead of 2 and was told that that was not possible. Really? Not until the end of the meal when we questioned her again were we told that she could have done one more egg as a side order. What kind of rocket scientist is necessary to make a very simple breakfast possible? These are simple little issues but the last several times we've been there, no order has ever been correct. The more experienced servers always get it right but unfortunately they are not always there.
