Great food! I love when I find an inexpensive "hole in the wall" that has fantastic food. And, they make chili rellenos like they should be made! I'll be back!

Cool little spot to eat. Food was authentic and green chile had a good kick to it. Jessica was friendly and outgoing. You place your order at the counter, find a seat and they bring it to you. Prices were reasonable. They just need some music to kill the silence or conversations of other patrons. Otherwise it was a pleasant experience.

Great Customer service and great food! I got the mixed plate with a burrito, Encheladas and a Taco with beans and rice smothered in green Chile. Was perfect spice level that wasn't over bearing and lots of cheese! The woman at the front counter is top of the game for customer service. Will definitely return again!

I'm a long time customer & the food is great. The prices are very fair and the portions are large. Maria at the front counter is a beautiful lady and gives fast & friendly service. The breakfast burritos are the best that I've found anywhere in the Thornton area.

I prefer Cafe Mexico to Santiago's because their pork green chili burritos are stuffed with saucy, flavorful pork green chili. The hot packs a good kick. Don't bother with the smothered, just get a couple of the hand held with pork green chili on the inside. It's got a nice fried egg in there too. Doesn't need anything else. Perfect breakfast burrito!
