    2.5 stars.

    Good food, inconsistent to poor service. They often do not have a manager on duty (apparently) and it shows. Don't even bothering calling ahead. You'll spend more time waiting than you would if you go through their drive through. Even if they do not look busy, which they didn't when I ordered outside as a test, apparently they are.

    It was good. Chile always on point. Rice and beans are good. Good experience.

    What kind of food place closes at 8 o’clock?! They definitely need to be open later!

    I frequent Santiago's quite a bit. It is right next to my house and it is a quick in-and-out. Really cheap prices really great service. Both my boys and I love it. The restaurant staff is always very nice. And you can see them make your food.
