Cheddar's Scratch Kitchen

We had a FANTASTIC experience at Cheddar's tonight. Even though they were really busy, they got us seated in just a few minutes. Bernard was amazing. He took great care of us. Our food came out super fast, for as busy as they were. Everything was great! Why only 3 stars? It's our own fault. We keep forgetting that the coupons that are emailed to us are NOT valid in any COLORADO Cheddar's location. It says so right on the coupon. WE forgot. But it still feels kinda like the franchise is taking advantage of a near bait & switch.

I have been here 3-4 times and every time have been very impressed by both the food and the service. Every in my parties has always truly enjoyed what they ordered from steak to seafood to salads. I can be very busy at peak times, but the wait is handled very well and professionally by a manager instead of by a frightened 16 year old like happens at some restaurants. Very accommodating for medium to large parties.

We had an awesome meal! I got the chicken sandwich, my girlfriend got the chicken fried chicken. Both were delicious. The best part, was our waiter Jason. He went above and beyond. Made our dining experience phenomenal. Go Jason!

Good homestyle comfort food. Service is good. My favorite is the chicken fried chicken and the crescents are very good. Only downside is I would like to be able to get a side of onion rings a whole appetizer is too much for one person and I would prefer torn or chopped lettuce for the salad. Shredded lettuce in a salad is strange textural for me.

So delicious and our waitress was amazing. She ignored our rowdiness, and then joined in. More fun on Monday evening than waiting on Sunday day but always good food. We all ate ourselves into comfort food comas. Celebrating a new job, a 55 year anniversary, and my daughter's performance at school. Thanks for a wonderful meal and fun family time with a few drinks in North Denver.
