The food at this restaurant costs more than most other restaurants. Definitely deserving of the $$$ marker. The tapas are enough to serve two, maybe three people to have a taste and costs approximately $16. If you have 4 or more people in the party, you will need to order several rounds of tapas.
Great breakfast. I came back the next morning! Generous portions without the stereotypical greasy plate you’d expect. Unique fried biscuits, great omelettes. Split an entree if you are health conscious. Wonderful service. I can’t wait to swing by the next time I’m in the Denver area!
Excellent for breakfast and lunch. They do serve dinner in certain days, but I've never been. The bacon is thick, the coffee is strong (as compared to most cafes in middle America), and the service is polite. I recommend their biscuits. Nothing is spectacular, but it wasn't meant to be. It's a local eatery and functions well in that capacity.
Doug's Diner gives you the comfort of diner food but in a fresh, less greasy way. Food was good, very large portions. Food is locally sourced and handmade. Their jam is handmade from local produce, if they have the peach jam when you come, Get it! Portions are very large, come hungry or plan on taking home leftovers. Most plates have a smaller size option that is still large. Biscuits are huge, gravy is good. Hash browns were very good and not your usual run of the mill. If you have a chance definitely come by to try. We will be back!
