Sub was delicious! Got the brisket and cheddar sandwich and loved it. But if you go for no other reason than the passionate people that work there then you won't be disappointed. The manager, Gary, impressed me especially.

Love firehouse subs! For the 1st time I had a problem there. I called the store manager and she offered to remake the sandwich or send me coupon. Very happy with the results. ????????????????

I LOVE FIREHOUSE SUBS! That being said, I also love when my sandwich is made correctly. The last three times I have ordered to go, there has been mayo on my sandwich when I specifically said "no mayo". It makes me violently sick and I don't get to eat the sandwich I paid for. I am willing to cut them a little slack for today since I had a large order, but guys.... please be more careful. I enjoy the food and appreciate the values and mission of Firehouse which is why I'm willing to pay more for a sandwich than I would anywhere else.

Incredible manager (Gary). He was extremely friendly, nice and fun to talk to as well as quick and efficient. He remembered my name, went out of his way to see how my food was and made sure I had everything I needed. On top of that I have been to this particular location multiple times and have never seen the place run as well as it did while he was there, staff was stable, entire establishment was clean and provided an amazing environment created by the manager. 10/10 would recommend coming to this particular location just to see Gary and get an A1 sub!
