I understand this is a fast food place at the outlets but the service was not good. Yes it’s monday but it’s lunch time and the there’s a line. The male employee seemed to be a great line cook but did not have much customer service skills and the female employee was on her phone in the back, completely oblivious for 10 minutes until the male employee went and got her. Expensive hot dogs ... make sure you specify which toppings you want since they’ll just assume and not prompt you if there are multiple options for cheese. Disappointed since the facility is very nice and new.

Delicious food!!! Fresh made to order juicy burgers. The fries were hot, crispy and seasoned to perfection. I've been looking for a wholesome burger joint with fast service. Excellent customer service. Very professional and polite. Awesome location for dining.

Great food, and staff were amazing! The manager Shawn S. took great care of us. I will never go to a five guys again with this place around! Think I found my new burger joint! Way to go Top Dawg!

Food was good. I must say I was sceptical about the beyond burger at first....(meatless) but it was delicious. Overall experience was great. The manager there was excellent fantastic customer service
