Blackjack Pizza & Salads

We love our pizza. We did however have a very unfortunate experience last weekend we ordered pizza and wings and exactly one hour later I had to call the store and they said that my order was never placed. And that they had no idea why or what happened but the manager was gracious and smart enough to help us in a very unexpected way. He placed our order for us and only charged half of what we were supposed to pay. And I don't know his name but I want to say thank you mr. Pizza manager for going above and beyond the call of duty.we have had very awesome experiences with this particular blackjack Pizza in the past we have been ordering pizza from this location for over 10 years and this is the first time that we have actually had any issue but I'm glad that it was taken care of in a swift but unexpected manner. We still love you guys thank you

We haven't ordered from here in a while. Well, we're glad we did. The food was fresh, pizza/wings/calzones and all. The delivery was on time & the employees friendly. They have a variety of food for everyone. We'll be back. Would definitely recommend this place. 5 Star!!!

This place was rockin tonight.. They were courteous professional and right on point.. My pizza was just the way I ordered it. Perfect!

Great pizza at Blackjack. Actually had ordered it through another app on line with Google. My order for some reason did not go through to Blackjack. So when I arrived to pick it up they did not have it. The manager was very apologetic and gave me 50% off my re-order. This really shows excellent customer service and customer care. Because of manager concern about what happened a give them 5 stars! Thanks Blackjack team at 8410 Federal Blvd way to go!
