(November 12, 2019, 5:43 pm)Like that they open at 9am. Went there around 930am. Ingredients were not the freshest, Basil a little limp, but pho was still good. Pho was hot but bordering more on the side of warm. Will still go there again maybe at a different time and will try a different dish too.
