ALWAYS excellent experience! Drive thru employees are so kind and FRIENDLY here in Colorado compared to Wendy's in Alabama!! And our food is always warm and excellent! Burgers have great presentation, I'm impressed about that!Great job you Guy's! Wendy's employees DESERVE recognition!!

Their salads are very fulfilling my husband is a big eater and their burgers and fries drinks are satisfying☺two thumbs up!

The interior had been remodeled and looks world class, with a lounge area fitted with a digital fireplace, this place makes for a great affordable dinner getaway. The food was great, I had their chili with cheese and onions, and paired my meal with a nice, crisp Ginger Ale from their new fancy futuristic digital drink dispenser. It was all delicious and warmed my body on this cold snowy day. The staff was friendly and worked real fast and seemed to communicate well. The lobby was clean and the condiment/utensil station was well stocked, I didn't visit the restroom.
The reason I give this location 3 stars is because a group of 4 or 5 homeless men whom seemed to be strung out on drugs or alcohol kept pestering me for money while I was trying to enjoy my meal. I didn't appreciate that the managers didn't try to do anything about them harassing the customers. Letting them hang out to keep warm and perhaps comping them a meal is one thing, but allowing them to continuously harass the customers for money while the customers try to eat was quite the inconvenience. I'm all for helping homeless people but there's a right way and a wrong way to go about things. They stood near my table and kept staring and looking down at me while I was eating, it made me feel real uncomfortable..

This location was recently renovated. It looks nicer insider,but sometimes they don't make use of their newer features and customer service has went down slightly. Any problems with the location come from just the way the people in the area treat it.
