Pricing needs to be attended, but fresh seafood, frozen/fresh seafood and absolutely all the Asian amenities are here. But wait, there's more! A side market offering pots, pans, Woks, dishes, knives etc, etc, etc. I have purchased some of the best cookware at POM that I could never find elsewhere!
Really good hot pot and reasonably priced, at $20 for all you can eat. Service is not necessarily friendly but they were really busy and good thing they were fast! I wouldn’t come here for a date night but it’s definitely ideal for group setting.
I had no idea what I was doing, but I had an amazing time and the food was excellent!!
Though beware when coming here, your dish will taste however you make it taste. You pick the sauces that go in it, the meats, and the seasoning. So beware of your own choices!
Beautiful location with one of the largest hot pot menus I've seen. The staff were attentive and kind, and when we came for New Year's we left with a special gift. I recommend sticking with the corn broth unless you know you want the extra salt of the meatier broths.
We decided to eat at Aki Asian Hotpot on a whim. Online reviews looked good despite a very basic website. We arrived around 7:30pm and there was a wait for a table. But it was worth the wait. You can choose your broth base, meat, seafood, veggies, soy products, and/or noodles. The all you can eat option, at $19.95, was perfect. We shot a bunch of menu items between the two of us and requested some new things when those plates were empty. There is a huge sauce bar with just about any option you can think of. The only con is the isn't much instruction on how to work the burner or how many options you can select. It wasn't impossible to figure out, though if someone is not familiar with hotpots, Korean BBQ, fondue, or any other cook-at-the-table meal style restaurant, it could be more challenging.
We are already planning to return!
