Staff is always friendly and management is also hands on.
Food is first rate, just don't care for remodel. Not as comfortable as the mix with booths.
This particular visit illicited several different emotions. I originally pulled into the drive thru, but didn't move after 3 minutes so I backed out and went inside. Upon entering the restaurant, I quickly realized I was the only one in the store. Bonus!!
The cashier (who I think was the manager) greeted me and took my order fairly quickly, repeating it back to me both as I ordered each item, and again after I finished ordering. Then came the waiting game. In their defense, I will admit, my order was pretty big. I went to fill my drinks and the drink station was a little under stocked and fairly dirty. Additionally, their lemonade didn't work correctly so I had to dump out two drinks and select something else.
Fast forward 15 minutes, and I've got my order. The cashier/manager looked in each bag, explaining what was in each bag. I got home and the order was not correct, which was slightly surprising given the number of times it was verified. I give their customer service 5 stars as everyone was friendly and they seemed to have a great teamwork mentally. Speed of service, restaurant cleanliness and order accuracy all get 3 starts.
Not bad at all. The lines can be a long wait sometimes. But this is due to parking lot design, they try to get everyone thru as quickly as possible.
