I only get to-go orders so I don't know about the waiters. However, the staff is very friendly when I come in. Could have a better system for social distancing.
My dad got a burger, wasn't too impressed, but those in my family that got the breakfast meals were extremely satisfied. Their pancakes are the size of a person's face and wonderful.
French toast instead of pancakes wasn't bad but wished I got pancakes. Plan on trying the waffles and bear claw soon.
For those that want grits, get them here! Perfectly done, leaving you the option to make them sweet or savory.

If they had a membership...
I would get 1! The BEST! My wallet agrees as well! I got my momma hooked! A word of caution ⚠️. Stay away from the smoked Brisket! You must trust me. You will never be the same. You don't want my addiction! It's soo good it feels illegal ?!

Attentive staff, very friendly. Our children were treated with respect as well. They explained the rules of how things were to be with social distancing from the get-go so there was no confusion on what to expect. The food portions were large as everybody else is stated. And we enjoyed the overall atmosphere and experience. Would recommend anyone.

Large portions of well prepared comfort food. Pleasant atmosphere. Best grits I've had west of the Mississippi. Friends recommend the chicken fried steak or meatloaf. We'll be going back to try those.

Overall, eating here was a decent experience. The food is absolutely wonderful, and portion sizes are good for the cost. The waiter seemed like he wanted us to leave as soon as possible, offering us a to-go box not even five minuets after giving us our food. One of the sodas I had, tasted like someone had forgotten to rinse some cleaner out of the glass before filling it with soda. I want to like this restaurant, but the waiter was just so off-putting. Felt like he was there every 30 seconds. Will update after next visit.
