Chick-fil-A

The food is always good here, but the service is lacking when you place mobile orders for pick up. Today was by far the worst. I informed an associate immediately when I got there that I had placed a mobile order, and he seemingly quickly took care of it. It normally takes 5 minutes for an associate to even acknowledge me. I then stepped aside to get out of the way and watched two people order after me at the counter and get their (much larger) orders before me. Two door dashers also arrived after me (also with larger orders) got their food and left before I got mine. All I ordered was chicken nuggets and a lemonade and I watched 4 large orders leave before mine. When I finally recieved my order I didn't get a straw for my drink, which I had watched them put into all the door dash orders. I also didn't recieve all the sauces that I had ordered. Very disappointed today.

Very friendly staff and the lines here move very fast. Quick service and food fast food.

I absolutely love Chick-Fil-A, and I will continue to eat here, at this location. However, this Saturday, the counters and floors were unclean. Additionally, as I viewed the kitchen area, through the open door, it also looked unclean. There was an employee working with the food and she was coughing and blowing her nose. However, she was practicing cleanliness, as she washed her hands before continuing with her duties. She should be at home, and not serving food, today. There are many employees at work, but they are not cleaning and replenishing the restaurant. This is not the Chick-Fil-A to which I’m accustomed. Let’s do better!

Delicious food, gave my order and received it in a timely manner, staff was excellent and very pleasant to interact with. Clean restaurant and play area for kids was very well kept. I liked the fact that the trash can were automatic, and the staff immediately took it out as soon as it was full. I will definitely be returning again!
