Very interesting concept- didn't realize it wasn't just burgers when I went. Service was fast and friendly. Food was actually really good, great fries. Knocked off a star because I initially went for a shake but the machine was broken with no fix in sight when I came by.
Food, location, and owner is fantastic!
Remember!!!! This is NOT a fast food restaurant. It is ALL made fresh. So stop wondering why it takes a few minutes. Understand and cal ahead if you need too.
The owner of this restaurant truly cares for his customers, employees, and food. If you ever have an issue please ask to speak to him, his name is Eddie and I am Positive he will do what he can to resolve it.
I personally love the fat donkey lip sandwich. If you like buffalo chicken this is the Sandwich for you.
Also fantastic beer options and prices !!!
I really like Fat Shack. It isn't healthy. It's what the name says. A shack that makes you fat. But dang it's yummy. And friendly people. This location has beer and even liquor plus TVs so you can get wings and beer for the game or whatever. They don't do salad or gluten free. They still use foam and I bet GMOs. And I DON'T CARE!! Fun and yummy!!
The place is great for what it is: cheap fried food. If you're looking for anything else this is not the place. If you are looking for a sandwich with chicken tenders, mozzarella sticks, and French fries with some kind of sauce, or some variation of this, this is the right place.
I had the double cheeseburger and it was pretty good. For $7.99 it was good (2019 dollars).
Just know that there is no healthy food here. There is a veggie sandwich, but it is literally onion rings, French fries, mozzarella sticks, lettuce and tomato with ranch dressing. It's probably tasty, but definitely not healthy.
The tables were clean, and the service was friendly. Unless I caught it on game night, it looks like some people like to play board games at this location, but they are not loud and keep to their group and seem polite.
I thought this place was A-OK.
