(November 17, 2019, 7:05 am)Great sandwiches. Staff is courteous and friendly. Even though you order at the counter, if you eat-in, a staff member will bring your meal to the table. Restaurant with floors, counters, and tables all clean.

(September 7, 2019, 11:28 am)Hook and ladder is one of the best sandwiches you can buy at any sub shop. The meats are very tasty and the sauce is excellent. Very good place for a sub even though it's a chain.
