Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

I had the Black & Blue Burger with Garlic Fries. The burger was made with high quality beef & made to order- medium well in my case. It was thick like a homemade burgers & not a flat patty. The blue cheese topping was just right, not too over powering in flavor like some can be & the Garlic Fries were crispy & seasoned just right with Garlic bits throughout.

I know this place has had pretty bad reviews, but I have had nothing but great experiences here. Note: I have only dined in one time and taken carry out three times.

Tonight was a notable one, Tauryn provided great service and was very patient with me trying to figure out the Red Robin rewards discount. The food always comes out promptly and is exactly what I order. However, from observation while waiting for my food, most of the clientele here are pretty rude to the servers. I always stand by, you deserve to be treated how you treat others. These guys are all doing their jobs, which they do fine for me. It’s just another burger chain, not a specialty steakhouse. I do enjoy my fried egg and burger. Thanks for always treating me well!
