Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

We ordered an appetizer then meals as normal. The meals came out almost immediately but no appetizer had come out, not that we had been waiting as we’d only been here 10 minutes or so. A manager (I assume anyway) walked by to check on our table as they typically do, we mentioned it was good and so fast we hadn’t received our app. He stated he would check on it. He came back with the app and removed from the bill. That was above and beyond. We weren’t complaining and we certainly hadn’t been held waiting. Very good service and guest experience.

We didn't have to wait too long on a Friday night for a booth, which was nicer than being in the bar. There were a few people running around inside, but it didn't last too long. The place is not easily seen in the shopping center, but there is good parking behind the building.

The service is much better here than most Red Robins that I have ever been to. The waitress was timely and the food was as is expected of the establishment. My son loves this chain but the service today made his day!
