We went for the hot pot and it did not disappoint! The staff was super friendly and helpful. The meat and vegetable selection was amazing! I had to go back multiple times because there were so many items I wanted to try! I let my 4 year old get her own hot pot (with lots of supervision) and she ate much more than she usually does just because she got to make it herself. We will definitely be going back!
Delicious Korean BBQ restaurant! I've been going there for years! Amazing food and service. Great for a family or large group night out.
Debated on the BBQ or the Hotpot and per recommendation by the waitress, I've decided to try the hotpot. For $28, you get the base broth (can be oxtail, miso or spicy soup) and a VARIETY of meat, seafood, veggies, and other ingredients you can eat to your hearts content (yes all-you-can-eat). Unfortunately you can't select two different soups like other hotpot place, but i didn't mind, because you also have plethora of sauces you can combine to make the soup anyway you'd like. The quality of the meat was top notch and I loved the variety of ingredients. They also had my favorite Korean drinks (sweet rice and cinnamon drinks). I would definitely come back and try different soup. Left happy and full. Would def recommend.
Seoul BBQ was a staple for Korean BBQ in Denver. Recently it joined the trend in offering hot pot in the section it used to sell take-out foods. The hotpot section was clean and the hotpot oven was caved into the table, so it would not be so easy to burn the hands of the customers. The vent was also underneath the table, so there was no much steam while the customers enjoying their foods. The selection was great with a lot of seafood, fish cakes, noodles and vegetables. The server would bring out the meat slices and I was quite a amazed these slices were not frozen as normally seen at other hotpot places. All were very fresh indeed. But the sauces here catered primarily to Korean customers and did not have peanut sauce and BBQ sauce normally found in most of the Chinese hotpot places. It would be great if they offered more choices in the future.
What a fantastic place to enjoy an authentic Korean meal. Staff are very friendly and attentive. The banchan ( little plates) are flavorful and you get refills of your favorites. The special little glass of ice cold sweet rice drink was a perfect way to end the meal. I will be back.
