Six Capital Brewing

I recommend this place to everyone! If you're going on a Wednesday make sure to get there extra early for the trivia! Food is delicious, no shortage of beer choices that are excellent and the workers are very nice!

This is the coziest hidden gem. The food is delicious and compliments the rustic vibe. They have a nice collection of in-house brewed beers. We had a sugar rimmed strawberry margarita that really packs a punch with flavor and spirits. We also had brisket tacos that I couldn't stop eating. We also had the the Cuban sandwich, fried pork rinds (yum), and Boudain balls filled with meat. You do have to get your own water from a device that's located in a corner behind tables where people sit. The drinks come in plastic cups too. The service was fast and friendly. And best of all, they accommodate your dog if you bring them. It's a small place as I mentioned with additional out door seating. This place is worth checking out.

Best BBQ Brewery spot! So far, everything I have tried has beyond impressed me. I used to have to make a drive for good tacos and now they are close to him :) Beer choices are great too! I like the IPAs and there is always something new to try. The staff has always been great and never had an issue with service.

Beer was so good, I love stouts and their Forrest chocolate cake stout did not disappoint. I had to get some to go. The food was absolutely delicious! We weren't even hungry and ended up trying 4 different menu items and devoured all of them. We even bought T-shirts because we were so impressed. You simply must try!

Best barbecue brisket sandwich i have eaten in colorado. The potato salad was on point. Food A+
Beer selection is great they have lots to choose from. All the service/bar tender was very professional and great to deal with. The had a mixture of great music playing. Great atmosphere everyone there was having a great time. I highly recommend this place and we will be back to eat and drink again. Prices were very reasonable. Parking was a little pain in the butt tho.
