After living here 13 years, I finally tried this place. I was pleasantly pleased, didn't realize what I was missing. Love the variety on the menu, and food very good! The waitresses I've had so far, have been very warm, personable and efficient. Management seems to take pride in their work. Easy to see, everyone works as a team, and works hard.

Gave 4 stars, because I do wish country style hash-browns were made from scratch, not deep fried, as the longer they sit, the harder, chewier they get. But other wise, food and menu are great!

So i ordered the chicken bacon ranch with onion rings and didn't realize that id only get 2 mini onion rings, 1 small onion ring and 1 large(?) onion ring. Lol
But other than that, everything else was good! ????

It was nice, the waitress was loved by my party and she also helped us take a picture so the five stars are for her, I guess I went during a time not a lot of people want to be working so I guess they were short staff, Sunday evening. So you know the service may be a little slow than usual I guess, my first time there. The food is super sweet but I think is the whole menu, and the capuchino wasn't very well mix and didn't taste like coffee.

UPDATE ON THE END OF REVIEW!!

I would give it no stars if I could. There aren't any good employees besides one very nice waitress. We couldn't get seated, then served, then our food rook 20 minutes(2 pies and French toast). A pie we received wasn't correct, we were then told they were out of that pie after 20 minutes waiting the first time, then the manager told us she basically voided the tab and our waitress would fix it with the difference price of the pie. During this she sat with a couple behind us talking for 30 minutes. After all that we got up after being there a whole hour and waited for someone to give us a bill or something. We asked for the manager and the very nice waitress that was ready to help us informed us she had stepped out to walk to Walmart. Hearing this we were frustrated, there was no other manager so we are to now think Donna is very irresponsible. Not to add after she sat a different table she told the family she would grab her phone to show them the Jordan's she bought for her husband. Our server was Grace and we don't recommend her at all, her attitude was OK at first but quickly declined as did her service

UPDATE: I called back the next day and talked to Chris the store manager and he was vary apologetic. He felt so bad about what happened. Because he was so nice we will be back and I am going to pump up the stars to 3.

Great manager (Sheik) was highly visible throughout my visit, checking on the customers, making sure everyone was satisfied with the service. My waitress, Amethyst, also kept checking her tables regularly. Very smooth, well-run operation tonight.
