The food was delicious. We had the ribs....yummy! Loved it so much that I got an extra order to go.
I’m not sure how authentic Bop & Gogi is; it’s more of a fast and casual restaurant. Their food is delicious though, you can customize most of their bowls and plates, and serving sizes are really generous. The area has several fast food chains; so Bop & Gogi is one of the few healthier alternatives where one can enjoy a decent sized serving of veggies and protein (tofu or meats). I know people around this area are generally in a rush, especially around lunch time; so I’d just suggest having some patience since each order is freshly cooked and their kitchen space isn’t huge - the wait will be worth it.
First time having Korean BBQ and I definitely was not disappointed. Spicy pork can be a little much. I will get the beef next time.
The ramen is delicious and is more filling than I expected. It’s a cute, cozy, and clean restaurant. I can tell the reviewers that aren’t familiar with any culture but their own. Not every place you go is going to kiss your a** just because you’re eating there. I didn’t think they were rude at all.
As long as you’re not an entitled jerk and don’t expect people to tap dance and cater to you, you’ll like it.
