Incredible place. Best food and a very pleasant atmosphere. Servers all go above and beyond expectations. Moo shu pork is quite possible the best meal I’ve ever had. Sweet and sour chicken was the best I’ve had since the Golden Duck restaurant on King Street, Oahu.
Came with the kids the first time and we were seated in a very size appropriate round booth, those of you with large families like mine will understand how that made it more enjoyable. 2nd time was just my wife and myself. We were more able to enjoy the quiet atmosphere and choose things the kids might not necessarily eat. Each plate will definitely feed two adults.
China Taipei serves very good authentic Taiwanese Chinese food. You have to ask for traditional menu and not order from regular Americanized menu. If you’re looking for Americanized Chinese like sesame chicken or orange chicken type of dishes, you may not get what you like as the chefs here make more traditional Chinese food that is excellent in taste.
This is top notch asian food. The service here is a absolutely amazing. Refills on drink, sauces, dips, anything I need, it is covered. I recommend the Crystal Roll appetizer and the Spareribs. So far, my favorite entry is fried rice, Yang Chow style. Never a wait to be seated.
We lived in Taiwan over 10 years and needed some legit Chinese style comfort food. We missed appetizers like the hot onion cake, and cold tofu and seaweed. The traditional beef noodle soup was simple, flawless. The service is top. There are 2 menus, check out the Chinese one with English translation.
This place is amazing. All of the food is good. The wonton's though.... my god man. I feel like for every 10 Chinese restaurants you order from only one is worth a damn. This is that one.
