Garlic Knot Pizza & Pasta

Very friendly staff & bomb pizza the first time we got pizza here bout a week ago
Tonight however it was still good but crust was thin not same as 1st time, and extra cheese was nonexistent... barely regular cheese.
After raving about it to family we had over for dinner they were totally disappointed (us too) as it was average and not the bomb we had before! 5 of us couldn’t eat 1 large 1st time & 5 of us still looking for more when ordered 2 medium ???? if the pizza was like the first time- this would have been our “go to place”, now it’s a toss of the coin.

For a chain this is some of the best pizza in town. The quality rivals Big Bills BY Pizza down the road which is famous and packed every night. I only give it 4 stars because of the service. They do a ton of takeout business and table service is sort of an afterthought. Also, the staff is mostly high school and college kids so you can't expect too much from that. They do XL slices which is nice if you are in a hurry or no one can settle on the choice of toppings for a whole pie. I also recommend buying their dough balls for a fun night making pizza at home. My kids love that.

They have donated food for our annual HOA bash 2 years in a row.
Being from NJ, it's hard to find any good pizza in CO but this is up there with the best of the best!
We are a family of 6 (4 kids) and their "kids eat free" on Tuesdays leave a little to be desired. Ordered 2 large pies and an adult salad which was like $45 in food and the server said we're only eligible for 2 kid's meals. Granted it was a lot of food, but most restaurants who have a kids eat free have better deals and clearer guidelines. When ordering I asked the server and he said if you order $8 in adult meals you get a free kids meal, fair enough... but if you have more than 1 child per adult then you get screwed.
Would be 5 stars, but this has happened to us several times now and the servers don't seem to care. We'd eat here way more often if the "kids eat free" were a better deal.
