Genghis Grill

I have tried Mongolian grill food before, but never got the taste as good as I had at Genghis Grill. The sauces are really good with choice of different spices. Plus they have different choices at grill for rice, cabbage, fried rice, egg, noodles. I really like that. It was quite juicy and unique.

It is clear that the manager here cares a lot about their customer service. When we got there he greeted us by letting us know that their food truck was delayed and that they were out of some ingredients. He then proceeded to hand us a coupon for a free bowl. Also great food.

Apply those Tetris skills when you eat here! Pile your bowl high! Endless variety with fresh ingredients. Whatever flavor profile you want can be enhanced with sauces and spices. Gets crowded during the lunch rush, get there a little early.

This is a great cheap option for a hibachi alternative. They should change there set up though. Think it would make more sense to walk in pick a bowl with the price then fill it up, take to the grill with your name and find a seat, then have their server come and get your drink order. Other than that process it was amazing and the food was delicious. Love all the meat options and that you can fill the whole bowl up. I got the biggest size was about 16 dollars and filled up. Will definitely be back.
