(January 23, 2020, 8:53 pm)I actually enjoyed this Jamba. The employees there were so nice, and I just loved the overall atmosphere created at this one. We overheard them with another customer who's order was sent out at the wrong temp, and they fixed it quickly, and with kindness. We got great service and great tasting smoothies. What more could we ask for? This may be our new go-to for smoothies!

(January 16, 2020, 1:40 am)The product is a great product no doubt about it. But... the employees of this particular store show room for improvement. I was there 45 minutes before they closed and it seemed as if they were bothered that I came in. I understand wanting to leave and not wanting to have to rewash and wipe down everything however customer service is customer service regardless of what time of day.
