    Easy and delicious. Although I will say, it is ten times better if you take it off of the tray in the oven about half way through cooking it. Other wise, the crust tends to get wet and soggy after about 5 minutes from coming out of the oven. Bake it for about 7-10 minutes on the tray, and once it's cooked enough to stay together p put it directly on the rack and let the bottom crisp up. Delicious!
