(January 23, 2020, 5:34 pm)I'm basing my review on my previous experience at Bettola Bistro. I have always been amazed by the food and the outstanding service. The reason for my 3 star vs 5 star is. I have come to find out from other reviews that this place no longer has the chef or manager, a shift in the space time continuum if you will. I have reservations in the future and will probably cancel them based on current reviews.

(December 8, 2019, 4:20 am)This place is incredible. The food is delicious, service is impeccable, and atmosphere is amazing. My girlfriend and I walked in at 830pm on a Saturday (an hour before they were about to close) and were welcomed with open arms.... Most places want to close up shop and aren't friendly this time of night, but this was not the case at Bettola. Every single person in the restaurant was friendly and made us feel like we were at a friends house for dinner. Food was also served promptly and it was so delicious.
Cant say enough good things about this place. Hats off to Rachel, Samir, and Brian (+ the other guy I didnt get his name). Definitely coming back here again and again and again. -

(October 18, 2019, 10:46 pm)We’ve only been once, but not for lack of anything. The food and service was incredible! Clearly great time and research spent to make their menu options special every season. We WILL be back!
