Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

Would have given them a five star but I had to speak to the manager because the employees were telling me they had no white meat chicken. But they did! The manager apologized for them and had the cook fry some. I really don't know what they were trying to do but they tried to tell me I had to buy dark meat. Well I feel like this, if I'm paying, I should be able to get what I want. The chicken was good.

I enjoy Popeyes a bit, and there are three near me. I will choose to go to this location every time because of the amazing attitude from the staff, and the high level of customer care they maintain. On the (only) instance I had where something was SLIGHTLY wrong, they went out of their way to show their apologies and make it better. I really appreciate the extra effort, it doesn’t go unnoticed.

Great location!
They accidentally handed me another customer's order and corrected it immediately.... even adding 2 apple desserts to cushion the mistake.
I didn't even know they had those....btw, they're amazing!
I'll definitely go back even if it is a 20 minute drive each way.

Went last night for the relaunch of the Chicken Sandwich. The staff was friendly, and tired. Talia was kind and had a friendly smile. In addition to four chicken sandwiches, we ordered some spicy chicken tenders. When she started to prepare our order, she came out and told us the tenders were looking pretty old, and suggested that we'd wait for new tenders, or have some fresh mild ones. How great to have done that vs. just making the decision for us. KUDOS Talia!!!
