    Omg the 15 year old host/ server was amazing! better then 3/4 of the places we go to eat at. Good job IHOP

    Good service. Grrat wait staff. But let a customer have a puppy.in the dining area. Gross!

    The only IHOP in CO that still has Boysenberry syrup!
    The service is Fantastic!!! The staff goes above & beyond to make sure your order is just what you want; & food items you're allergic to (like onions for my friend) are left out of what you order!
    IMO, the only downside is that their hamburgers aren't that great, but that's just me...
    All in all, BEST IHOP in the whole Metro-Denver area!

    Love this location..always feel at home and never rushed
    Staff is so friendly and accommodating. Granted don't take advantage of it but they really care about everyone that comes in. Which is rare and Such a blessing to see in a world filled with the opposite. This IHOP is setting a great warm and genuine tone this winter

    They were able to tolerate big groups of people however they do take a long in giving us our orders. It is fairly clean. The staff aren't the most attentive but they were nice enough.
