Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

Ordered to-go right when I parked at the store, called them to let them know I was there, and waited for the food. I don't mind the 20-30 min wait because I get that it's busy. But you would think the food would be at least a little warm, but both burger and fries were cold by the time I got home, which is only 5 minutes away. Also, don't bother paying extra for additions on your burger.. you won't get them.

Ate here with my mom and lady friend on a Saturday night. No wait which was great. Staff were really nice and responsive but had a couple of minor issues.

1. Floors were dirty.
2. Burger and soup came out cold. The quickly fixed.
3. Burger and tortilla soup were eh...from a burger standpoint, I expected something a little more standout since it is a burger joint.

Lastly, the place had a super relaxed and comfortable atmosphere - no stress. It was great.

So I came in with a friend with Down's syndrome. Our waitress was fantastic and dealt with another patron on the autism spectrum superbly. I'll try to get her name to get a specific shout-out, but know it made our night!

This was my best Red Robin experience to date. The staff is friendly and quick, your food won't take a year to get and they actually give you fries before your food which is something many locations have stopped doing. I will happily return here and tell everyone at work about.
