Spice Trade Brewery & Kitchen

We had the opportunity to try Spice Trade Brewing and it was well worth it. Conveniently located on the corner of DTC Blvd and Orchard Rd, this is a gem.

The beers were delicious, creative and refreshing. There are some cool stories/connections behind them as well. I loved the Little Umbrella (Mango Wheat) and the Scarlett Giant (sour). There's something for everyone including a couple of IPAs, and a Jalapeno Pilsner and an easy to navigate wine list with a couple of batch cocktails to boot.

The food was definitely not typical pub food either. Incredible variety of flavor profiles and dishes as well. The Brussels Sprouts with freshly shaved Parmesan cheese were delicious as was the Chicken Arancini. I am as excited to go back for the beer as I am the food!

The ambiance and service was also noteworthy. Very friendly, clean and efficient, with comfortable social distance practice in place. They also have a great patio and should have access to expand that as necessary.

Opening a business/restaurant during a pandemic is definitely no easy task, but they did it and did it well. Hopefully you will support this locally owned brewery/restaurant. I know I'll be going back soon!

Delicious with top notch food and beer!! Great atmosphere with extremely friendly staff. Love this place!!

Really, really good food and beer. Unique offerings of both. As the food goes, I've tried the Thai Wings, Chopped Salad, Loaded Sweet Potato Fries, Pork Belly Bahn Mi, and Far East Burger. It was all delicious. The wings, burger, and their signature fries have really unique flavors. Can't wait to go back and try something else. The Sun Temple IPA is my favorite, but I also really enjoy the Jalapeño Pilsner, Little Umbrella (mango wheat), and Scarlet Giant (hibiscus key lime sour). If it's on tap when you stop by definitely try the King Montezuma though.

Very nice large patio. great tasting beer, and yummy wings. Staff was very friendly and safe.
