Well I found my favorite bakery. The scones are perfect: moist and flavorful without being overly sweet. The croissants are so buttery and tender. They also have gluten-free and vegan pastries. And they do special orders for cakes, scones, muffins...anything! The prices for pastries were very reasonable (my scone was $3.25, for reference). The custom cakes are more expensive, but in line with what I've seen at other custom bakeries. And the customer service was top-notch. Loved it!
We were looking for a bakery open on a Monday. Not that easy on this side of town. Everything we had was beyond delicious and we were given a cookie to try just for coming in. It was great too! Our new favorite bakery.
Definitely my new go to bakery! I have been in 3 times now and every time has been outstanding! Everything has been delicious. Well done, but never overly sweet. It is the best croissant I have ever had!
Went after dropping my kid off at school - best decision ever! Pastries are delicious and not overly sweet and I liked the mix of sweet and savory items. I'm so happy to have this local bakery and I can't wait to try more goodies!
“Hidden gem” is the best way to describe the shop. I had an apple cinnamon croissant with coffee. OMG, both were excellent.
EDIT: A few days later when I left the Denver area, I visited again and got more coffee--again, excellent--plus items to go: fruit tart on pastry, bacon/cheddar/egg croissant sandwich, and cinnamon roll with cream cheese icing. Re-heated using convection oven with temp of 150F for approx 20-30 min, each was also DELICIOUS.
Although I may likely stay in other areas of Denver for future visits, I would go out of my way to re-visit this place when I come back. Excellent baked goods, and it's woman-owned.
