(September 10, 2019, 2:33 am)Customer service and appreciation are not yet a dead art. Simple small acts ring loudest.... I had made a small order to go, and had overheard a discussion between the night shift manager about breaking a $100 bill during my wait (which was short). I offered to assist as I happened to have cash on me, and Jeff was quick to offer a free drink as thanks. And upon ordering a desert prior to leaving had then offered to help with the desert in place.
These small acts of appreciation and detail to the customers experience do not got unnoticed. Jeff and his night staff have made a recurring customer out of me. Congratulations on building a great crew, Anthony's.
