I've had some of the best sushi all over the united states from New York to Washington... This place is so good, it will be hard to have sushi anywhere else. Just doesn't compare. Words will fall short so uploading pics my wife took with her iPhone.

The best sushi I've ever had and I never thought it'd be possible in a land locked state. Makes every other sushi place in Colorado seem like they're focused on mass production. Jay looks like he's creating passionate art, not crafting the best sushi you've ever enjoyed. Seriously, get here before word spreads out and reservations are required weeks in advance.

This place took me by surprise! It is a sushi and Japanese tapas place and is very high quality. The staff were very friendly and were very proud of their restaurant and the experience they offer. The food is very high quality and the sushi and sashimi are made at the bar so you get to observe the quality and care that they put into preparing each item. The quality of the food is matched by the artistry of the presentation, and watching them make each item ordered is fascinating. In addition, they had some items on their menu that I hadn't seen before, so it was easy to explore new options and food experiences. I was very pleasantly surprised and highly recommend Makizushico for a special dining experience!

I am so excited such an amazing restaurant opened in Littleton. The fish is fresh and creatively prepared. The fish is flown daily and there is a very nice variety. I had sushi I have never had before! We had a delightful experience and will be back for more.
