(May 15, 2019, 10:20 pm)Went in last week during the day on a Wednesday. Single employee there was an 18 year old guy. As he made my sandwich, he began to go on a rant about how "Jews own everything" and they "need to be kept in check". An African American customer walked in, and the employee visibly sighed then said "I hate those people". I told him to keep the sandwich and left.
Edit: I changed this review from 1 star to 5 because the issue was handled promptly, completely, and with genuine customer concern. I spoke with the district manager who was very open about personnel changes and expressed sincere sympathy over the situation. She did a ton to make it right. Handled amazingly well.
