Ted's Montana Grill

We arrived at this place for a meeting. my friend recommended this restaurant. Well, we were not disappointed. The staff members welcomed us with a smile and we felt excellent. The meal was tasty. We loved this restaurant very much and we shall absolutely come back again. Keep it up.

Some girlfriends and I went to Ted's for dinner last week and had bison burgers and chicken sandwiches. We also had onion rings as an appetizer. We all enjoyed our food. I would give 5 stars but the waiter ran my credit card twice and I am still waiting for a response from the manager. It has been over a week. I will call again today.

I like to go with friends to this place with my warmest recommendations. I visit this restaurant often. I get very good feedback from my friends. The the food there is fantastic and the crew is very friendly and cooperative. Whenever we visit this place we pass a delightful evening. highly recommended.

UPDATE to add, that I had exceptional follow up by management and am willing to give this location another try. I appreciate the effort to acknowledge and correct a wrong. I'm hopeful for a great experience!

Pretty underwhelming, poor service and undercooked food for $100 lunch with tip. Our server Sage was friendly, but unattentive and unapologetic when dropping off our lunch after a 40 minute wait. She never followed up to ask if the food was cooked to our liking (our roasted broccoli was raw) and passed us several times delivering food to other tables (who arrived and ordered later than we did), while keeping her back to us so we couldn't get her attention. Overall, I expect a more premium experience when paying a premium price. We won't be back. 2 stars only because they work with local farms and served a nice cocktail.
