Wendy's

It has alright food and service from staff. They rarely forget parts of my order. The frostys are really good and I would recommend them to others. It is without doubt superior to McDonald's.

A good Wendy's. They are busy at lunch, so the food is fresh. And they're still fast!

Good customer service. the customer service has gotten better but it was never really that lacking at the majority of the Wendy's that I've gone to. Their direct competitors seem to have less customer service quality than Wendy's.and I say that because I can't remember the last add customer service experience I've had with Wendy's. But I can name a number of countless timesthat I continue to have bad customer service experiences at other competitors locations.Wendy's for a while did not have as good a quality in their products as they did before. It seems that they have corrected that and their food is as good as their customer service now. I frequently have to go to a quick location to get a bite to eat and I have chosen Wendy's and so have the people that I've been with because we can count on Wendy's to deliver. Not only where's the customer service good but the last two times that I've gone to any Wendy's and this location in particular I have had their employees and managers go out of their way to either correct or go above and beyond and provide better customer service and expected. Their food was also great and the deals at Wendy's are as good as they ever were better with the new promotions that they have. I have not had a bad experience with any of the food or orders that I have requested and ordered recently.their prices at this location and all the other locations have gone up a little bit so I tend to stick with the promotions at they have going on. The food on promotions is usually less quality but I can safely say that quality of the promotional items that they have going on is good in this location made sure to keep that trend going. I find myself near this location and when I am stuck with a time restraint I know I can count on them to follow through and deliver. I would come this location again and I do. It's a safe bet and I hope the good experiences continue.
