Caffè Sole

What a view! The cappuccino I had was good with fast service, but the view of the Flatirons out of the coffee shop was amazing and borderline distracting. Finding Caffé Sole was pretty easy if you use Google maps.

Parking outside the coffee shop seemed appropriate, I wouldn't say it was very plentiful, but "enough" is a good description.

props to the chef. the "Southern Breakfast" i ordered came out so well prepared. You could tell by the way the fruit is cut and how the sandwich was put together someone in the back really cares. Delicious.

This is my splurge spot after a tough morning workout and on my way to the office. The morning guy makes a fantastic Boxcar espresso...it hits the spot every single time. The pastries are delicious. I avoided them for a while but the poppyseed cinnamon roll and apple "bear claw" (essentially an almond-apple filled croissant) are the best breakfast pastries in Boulder. They offer more substantial breakfast items as well. The breakfast egg biscuit is another favorite. Trust me, I'm a picky sweet eater. Their wifi is usually pretty good if you need a work spot and they have some stiffer drinks on tap for a long afternoon. Would highly recommend if you're in the area.

Awesome atmosphere with positive vibes.. Dynamic food. Not over priced for quality and quantity. I could eat the southern breakfast every day after this and never need anything else. You can not imagine biscuits so good..

Cafe Soleil has delicious food and strong coffee at a great value. The cafe was busy but we got our food quickly with friendly service. I am so glad we chose to stop by on our visit to Boulder.
