    We went there for brunch on Sunday and right away, the chips and salsa were amazing! The food was very good as well. Pearl Street Mall is a great location and Centro helps to keep that true.

    I've been to Centro twice, once in 2009 and once today. My experiences were similar both times: good service, good food, high prices. Their hot sauce is no joke! I don't regret getting it, but oh boy was it spicy.

    This restaurant offers first-rate service and tasty menu. One of my favourite spots around town. The meals served quick and the rates were reasonable. Highly recommended.

    Upscale casual Mexican eatery. Tried two of their "trial" brunch selections very tasty, we would definitely try any suggestions they had again! Clean location and helpful staff.

    I thoroughly enjoy the happy hour here. All of the margaritas are always on point. Chips & salsa are some of the best in Boulder.
    The employees are attentive. Never did I go a second with an empty beverage. I would recommend hitting this spot on a happy hour bar hop on Pearl Street!
