Cosmo’s Pizza

The gluten free pizza was not good. The crust was like a cracker. Maybe some people like it. I would not buy it again. Their regular pizzas looked incredibly delicious and the staff was very nice.

Giant slices of hot floppy New York pie. Good value and a great addition to the culinary wasteland that is North Boulder. Could be better positioned for walk and bike access but that's more a symptom of Boulder's suburban/urban real estate schizophrenia than a fault of the restaurant.

The pizza here is great, but so is the pizza at most other pizza places. What makes Cosmo's stand out is the excellent customer service in addition to the delicious pizza! For example, today I went here for lunch to take advantage of the lunch special, which by the way is a great deal. After I had finished eating my pizza, a couple came in to pick up their pizza, only there was a problem, sounds like someone made them the wrong pizza...Yikes! But James, the gentleman working, handled the situation flawlessly, ensuring that the customers not only left happy with a pizza of their liking but they said they will be back. It is these situations that really speak numbers to me, as good pizza isn't hard to find, but excellent customer service is. I will be back for more pizza as well! Would recommend to anyone.

The crust is soft and poofy in the New England style. The sauce is zingy and flavorful. Wide variety of toppings. My favorite grab and go pizza place in Boulder. The Spicy Ranch dressing for crust dipping and the salads is wonderful. The Calzones are huge and tasty. The Chef salad has lots of varied toppings and is also large. Pro tip: they sell their dough for a very reasonable price if you want to make pizza at home.
