    Absolutely wonderful! The service was great. Their menu clearly listed gluten free items and they had a lot of choice. The food was phenomenal for all of us. Not busy on a Sunday after noon.

    Always love coming to Element Bistro. Food is always delicious. We travel to Boulder every 3 months from 4 hours away for Dr. Appt for our son. We only eat here as it is our favorite place.

    This is absolutely outstanding with a culinary chef that should be given AAA Plus. The selections were terrific with lots of interesting menu items. The upstairs open roof was the delightful with a view of the mountains and heaters to keep you nice and cozy. The staff was very friendly. My work partner and I ate there three nights in a row when we were please with something different for each meal. Highly recommended.
