Hot Pot Noodle House

Great food, good value and a lot of fun. Everything was fresh and there was a great selection of things to add to broth.

Love this place! DEF spend the extra money on the fresh, house made noodles. It's worth it. The flavor is great and the service is kind, welcoming, and quick. Also, hot pot is so fun! I get a different soup every time I come. Haven't tried much else other than the hot pot. I'm sad that in the summer i don't want to eat this.

Very very good. The house noodles are handmade I think traditional egg Noddles. The rice noodles are thin and delicate, tasty. Meat is flavorful, veggies fresh, staff friendly. It's a casual eating place with light music. We had the curry bone broth base, it was a little on the spicy side, but oh so tasty. Awesome sauce bar too. As a California person from the bay area, I say this place is pretty on par.

This place does not disappoint! The decor is nice, the restaurant is incredibly clean, friendly staff—the whole 9. I ordered the seafood hot pot with the Bone broth. It was nothing short of phenomenal. If you’ve wanted to try hot pot, now is your chance! You won’t be disappointed

I am so excited to have hot pot in Boulder! The portions are great and reasonably priced. Lots of selection on broths and baskets, and the staff is super helpful and willing to accommodate. Don't forget to order the noodles, they are an absolute delight.
I've already eaten here twice this summer, and can't wait to have delicious soup all the time when the weather gets a little chillier!
