    Great taco cart in the back of Sanitas Brewery. Good size portion. Chicken and green chiles is delicious!

    Seriously delicious, lots of great local flavor. Perfectly paired with hoppy lager or any ipa from Sanitas. They taste as good as they smell. We had chicken and chiles and the pork and cactus. Get a side of chips to scoop up the runaways, you won’t want to leave anything on your tray. Bonus that all serveware is compostable.

    The kale taco and summer squash taco were both amazing.

    Had their tacos while at Sanitas Brewery. The tacos were delicious, but on the spicy side. They have different tacos each day. Today I had the Chile and chicken taco, Avalanche Taco (chicken topped with cactus salad) and braised beef. You have the option for flour tortillas although corn is standard.
