The place offers an awesome range of delicious food. I loved dining here. Staff members are always very welcoming, pricing is reasonable and the spot is always clean.

I visited Salt several times on a recent long trip to Boulder. Breakfast was excellent and everyone loved their meals. Lunch and dinner have a limited menu (compared to other places) but the options were all great. Several people had burgers, others fancier meals. Overall a good experience and a place I’d visit again.

Delicious. Some of the best food we had in Boulder, and that's saying a lot because we've had some phenomenal food. Fresh, delicious, beautiful presentation. the flavors are elevated, man. Loved it.

Waiter attended me and my relative very well and the food was great. Service was excellent all around. Loved appetizers, the chicken with mashed potatoes, and pear upside down cake with vanilla ice cream.
