The Parkway Cafe

Honestly a pleasant surprise on service and food. When I pulled up I didn't expect the tasty experience that was about to be had. Damm good chicken fried steak breakfast

Easily my favorite breakfast diner in Boulder since I moved here in 2017. The atmosphere is bustling and full of locals, the service is warm, hospitable, and feels like your dearest Aunt is serving you, and the food is affordable and always arrives hot and on time. I always order the breakfast enchiladas with half red and half green sauce and it is TO DIE FOR (claiming this as someone who doesn’t love green chili stuff normally.) Their hash browns are crispy and exactly how they should be, the mini waffles have just the perfect amount of sweetness, and recently they added fried green tomatoes to their menu, which they have nailed perfectly. Even their coffee is not half bad for a diner, and I’m very particular about avoiding liquid tire rubber at all costs. I have nothing but great things to say about Parkway Cafe and I hope it never changes!

Diner style food, generous portions, lots of delicious Mexican dishes. Great value for the money. Parking can be tricky during busy times.

From the moment you arrive in this restaurant the personel give you a nice feeling. Very hospitable crew, it is a nice place to to go out with friends and colleagues or with your date. very good cooking, experienced chef, comfortable price and excellent service. Highly recommended.

Yummy and filling food; inexpensive with loads of options. Quick and easy service (at least for a table for one).
